this amazing hotel was just a short walk from both collins park and the vibrant miami beach boardwalk, making it easy to explore and enjoy the stunning views during my stay.

The pool area radiates a tropical vibe, almost like a starry night in the galaxy, with palm trees and sprawl inviting relaxation. Rooms offer spacious layouts and well-stocked minibars, perfect for downtime after a day in the sun.

Shower water pressure barely exists, creating a frustrating experience, and housekeeping could improve cleanliness and attention to detail.

The pool area was so inviting that it felt like a luxurious tropical dream, complete with palm trees swaying gently in the breeze. The staff was more attentive than the best personal assistants, always there with a smile and a refreshing drink before I could even say, 'I'll have a mojito! '

Room decor needs updates

Our oceanfront room was perfect, the view was breathtaking – waking up to the waves crashing right outside was surreal. On arrival the staff surprised us with a sweet anniversary note and a bottle of wine waiting for us that added a special touch to our stay.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but I found it acceptable for what we got.

This hotel suits me perfectly! With great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception, I feel well taken care of. The staff once helped me find my shower bag I forgot, and they are always friendly. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free stay!

The lobby bar was like stepping into a glamorous movie scene, with its 25-foot curtains and plush seating that made me feel like I was sipping cocktails alongside Hollywood stars. The pool area was a refreshing oasis, complete with attentive staff who served up delicious bites that tasted like they were plucked straight from the ocean.

The stay was overall pleasant, with spotless rooms due to attentive housekeeping that maintained the space multiple times a day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, enhancing the experience, particularly at the beach where Isaac provided excellent service throughout our five-day stay.

Prices for amenities were very high, and the bathroom was notably small.

The breakfast buffet served fresh fruits and delights that were quite the culinary treasure! And shoutout to the beach service—Isaac was a rockstar, making our experience totally top-notch. Plus, the cabana vibes made lounging feel like a scene out of a Miami postcard.

Now, the room was more 'meh' than marvelous—tiny and outdated, and the shower was a real dribbler.

The hotel charges for beach seating, which feels unnecessary compared to other similar establishments nearby. Amenities can turn into additional costs quickly. for instance, guests are restricted from bringing drinks from the lobby to the pool, a move that dampens the overall experience. Additionally, sound insulation leaves much to be desired, making it hard to escape noise from neighboring rooms or hallways—you might end up overhearing conversations in the next room as if they’re right beside you.

We loved relaxing by the pool with a fun Miami vibe while my daughter tried out various fitness classes. The nearby beach was beautiful, perfect for soaking up the sun after exploring Lincoln Road. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety each morning.

My kids wished there were more beach umbrellas available for families. It was frustrating to see so many empty loungers while we had to squeeze under the sun.

Comfortable room, excellent service, with a beautiful pool area and direct beach access making it easy to enjoy the sun. It's conveniently located only 15 km from the airport.
